Hey all you globetrotters, check this out and make one of your own. Mine's only a teeny one. Some fotkins like Gary will have massive ones - he's visited 22% of the planet!! If you don't mind, I'd like to make an album of snapshots of each of your travels as at August 2007. If you want to participate, follow the link here:

    http://journals.fotki.com/Pedro23/travel-map/

make your own map, then take a print screen of it and either email it to me (pedro23@fotki.com) or guest book me the url & I'll print screen it.

You want to colorize a B&W photo with Photoshop? Rich Bruton suggests a method to go from B&W to color. He uses PHOTOSHOP (instead of me, I use Paint Shop Pro) to demonstrate what he means. Find out here:
    Thanks, Rich, for this cooperation!
If you want to know how I did it with PSP 7:

If you have a suggestion for another course: let me know! I'll compile your wishes and sort out a highest common factor. I'm sure Rich is happy to co-write once again!

    Hi,

A long time ago I promised to explain how to colorize a B&W photo. Regina ( ) recently saw that I colored a B&W Lantia photo and asked if I could explain how this was done. So, finally...
Go to for the first lesson.

    Cheers, John

P.S. (a Fotki friend, I made her -simple- site)
